A small braid can go a long way. 🎀
This is Opal, she is a sensitive little lady and I found that she was much happier working when I braided her forelock and mane like this - keeping her long hair out of her eyes and ears.
It is important when making braids that you do not do them too tight so your horse is still able to move its head and neck up and down comfortably without feeling the braids pulling.
